Health care centers

Every municipal have at least one health center in primary care with 1-2 doctors. Even in municipals which have under 2 000 residents there is a health center. Now it is said that it is too expensive to maintain these in small municipals.

Before health care centers

Before health centers and welfare state almost every municipal had a private doctor. The municipal  gave them a house to live in and reception place but not the wage. The doctors invoiced like a private doctor, because they were in a way entrepreneurs.
